True Source of Creativity
Being creative has more to do with the mind and the individual’s ability to actualize an imagination. Sometimes, we tend to feel empty and it appears as if we already poured out the last drop of idea that resides in us and there’s nothing else to give out.
No matter how much we try to avert this scenario, it still happens and if we’re not careful, it leaves us feeling uninspired for a long while.
People often talk about notable creative minds and a whole lot have been written about their works but quite little has been published as regards where the inspiration truly flows from.
How do people get inspired? What source do they give credit to after a creative work is done?
The answer to this question varies. For some, its family, a significant picture, nature, an event, while for others its excessive alcohol and probably drugs.
For us at Aggital, it’s the creator of all things, whatever output we showcase to the world comes from one source, God Almighty.
Think of it this way; He created the Heaven, the Earth, the Mountains, Sunshine and Moonlight. Autumn, Spring, Summer, and Winter didn’t create themselves, it was His doing.
The Fishes, Birds of over 16,000 species, the wild and domestic animals didn’t just creep out of a tunnel. The Eclipse of the sun, the 8 planets, Trees, and most importantly, Human Beings, are not products of chance too.
However, we’d be very right to say that no one has successfully created a Human Being or a tree, or even a light as bright as the Sunshine. There’s truly nothing as magnificent as seeing the whole earth go completely dark and no great scientist or scholar can salvage the situation.

At Aggital, we like to think of ourselves as a tool in God’s hand, all we do is keep our minds open and commune with our maker who daily renews our minds with divine ideas.
Of course, we keep learning and consistently keep in touch with everything that contributes to our creativity, but God is always our first choice. Before we sought for inspiration anywhere, we visit the creator of all things who has made us perfect.
There’s a belief one of us holds dearly, it’s the fact that every single answer you’re looking for lies in the word of God. This belief is totally true. The Bible teaches us that humans are created in God’s image and his likeness and we are gods too.
So, if God can create all the majestic and irreplaceable things we see today, what other sources of inspiration would make our work much more wonderful?
According to Exodus 35:30, the Lord chose Bezalel and filled him with the spirit of God, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and with all kinds of skills. It’s only natural that we carry the same spirit in us, the seed of wisdom, of knowledge, of understanding and of witty inventions and all we have to do is reach deep within and grab the much-needed inspiration.
The fact is, it’s very important we keep learning and equipping our brains positively, it makes us produce “good work” but when we involve God, we produce “outstanding work”.
To a large extent, this is a vital part of our culture and we basically can’t do well without involving God because He’s the reason we exist. Yes, we exist to work, but that “work” wouldn’t be if he decides to wrap our minds and brains up.

Go on with your research, search for inspiration and wide range of study but keep in mind, whatever comes directly out of you, is original. God is the hub of all creativity.
